7.3 BELT TRANSFER CORONA WIRE

1. Remove the corona unit from the transfer belt unit (see section 3.

COPIER INSTALLATION PROCEDURE).

2. Remove the front and rear end block caps [A].

3. Remove the corona wire [B] (1 spring).

NOTE: 1. When cleaning or replacing the corona wire, take care not to

deform the mylar on the corona unit.

2. Make sure the corona wire is properly set in the V-gutter of

both blocks.
